Mastrangelo Auctions went above and beyond in making sure I received the item I won. Our pick up date was also the day of a Spring snow storm and the trek would have been awful driving up from Rhode Island. They were kind enough to ship the item to me and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend any auction they were handling, as they really value customer service. Five Star Service!!!!!!

Needs to improve sorting items for pickup wasn't happy one of my items couldn't be found and seller's should have buyer's emails to contact them

Very professional operation. When I arrived at pick-up, I was greeted at the door, identity verified, and told to "wait on the porch, everything is already packed". Less than a minute later, my items were handed off to me. I purchased a 51-piece lot of Lenox China. They were carefully packed to protect/prevent damage.
