Shipping Information
We handle our own shipping (no third-party hassles!). Most items are shippable unless clearly marked otherwise in the description.
Watch your email: Keep an eye on your AuctionNinja-linked email for S&H quotes from Pam.
Written Approval Required: You must approve shipping charges via email or text.
Forfeiture Policy: If we do not receive a response after the second attempt at contact, items will be forfeited without a refund.

Important Note for Bidders
We want you to be an informed bidder! Please ask any questions early. We will be away from the shop on Friday, April 10th, and will not be able to answer questions on the day the auction closes.

Local Pick-Up & Shipping Details
LOCAL PICK-UP:
Pick-up will be held on Sunday April 12th, 2026, from 11AM to 2PM MDT.
Please note that the pick-up location is in Greeley. At our business location.
- If you ...view moreare unable to make the scheduled pick-up day/time, you must contact us PRIOR TO BIDDING to arrange an alternative pick-up.
- Failure to do so may result in a $25 convenience fee to have someone meet you.
- Items not picked up during the scheduled or agreed-upon alternate pick-up time will be considered abandoned—no refunds will be issued.

IMPORTANT RESCHEDULING POLICY:
We understand that life happens, and emergencies can occur. However, due to past rescheduling issues:
- We will only accommodate ONE reschedule per buyer.
- Items not picked up after the single reschedule will be considered abandoned.
- We will no longer hold items longer than one week.
- A $25 disposal fee per invoice may be charged to your account.
By placing a bid, you agree to all terms and conditions. While we try to accommodate everyone, we must also ensure space for new items. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping Information
If you require shipping, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of the auction close at lots_o_stuff4u@yahoo.com.
Once we receive your request:
- We will reach out via Auction Ninja messages and text within two business days to provide your total shipping charges.
- A $5 handling fee per box will be applied.
- Shipping will occur on the Monday following the auction, provided you have approved your charges.
- If you have not approved your charges, shipping will be delayed until the following Monday.
Failure to approve shipping charges:
- We will attempt to reach out twice for approval.
- If you do not respond, we will assume you are forfeiting your items.
- The credit card on file will be charged for all shipping-related fees.
Payment Issues:
- If your card declines, we will notify you immediately and provide 24 hours to resolve the issue.
- If your card declines a second time, a $25 fee will be applied, and your items will be forfeited.

Please note: If we do not receive written approval for S & H charges after the second email or text your items will be forfeited
