Picking Up Your Winning Bid(s):
1. Please bring identification and your Auction Ninja invoice of winning bids.
2. Bring appropriate number of packing materials and containers to transport your items.
3. If you have a sales tax certificate and expect not to pay Maine 5.5% sales tax, you MUST REGISTER with Auction Ninja to be exempt from sales tax. No refunds will be given at the door.
4. If we have bad weather during the original pickup date and time, please email me and we will determine an alternate pickup date and time.
5. We do have limited shipping available. There is no cost to transport your items(s) to the shipping company. Once your item(s) has/have been packaged, a Mail-It Unlimited employee will contact you to confirm your shipping options and payment. We typically drop off winning items within 2-3 days from the conclusion of the auction.
6. If you do not respond within 30 days to the call from our shipping company to you, indicating your items have been packaged and are ready to mail to you, you will forfeit your winning items and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
