We typically drop off winning items within 2-3 days from the conclusion of the auction. If you do not respond within 30 days to the call from our shipping company to you, indicating your items have been packaged and are ready to mail to you, you will forfeit your winning items and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
