Pickup was not well organized. There was a Tag Sale going on in the home same day as pickup that she was coordinating as well as the pickup. She was trying to contact Ninja about trouble with the website while people were lined up to pickup their items.
Not cool. Make your phone calls later. We all have other places to be and had appointments for our pickup times.
