This auction was amazing! Like looking into a time capsule. The photos were great. The customer service was top notch. Pick up was excellent! Spent quite a bit of time with our pick up team there, to move large pieces. They were very accommodating and nice. Looking forward to the next auction.

Hi there!

Just wanted to comment to elaborate on my ratings.

I rated 3 for listing accuracy because while all the corresponding pieces in the bedroom set I bought from got additional detail photographs, the headboard pieces I bought did not. I would've super appreciated a closeup of the legs, etc (which was done for the vanity and dresser of the same set) so I could tell how dinged the footboard was, etc.

Also in the description of the sale on the site, it mentioned that Transportation of items was a possibility but to call the auction manager to estimate/arrange. No one called me back, emailed me back or returned my voicemail when I was trying to inquire if this was true. All I wanted was someone to say, "no! Don't listen to that in the description, its too good to be true/its false!"
But I literally held onto hope that I could pay for transport until like 4am before pickup and I had to hire a minivan driver.
So the Auction Details was misleading and responsiveness was rated a 1 because of that. Now I understand its best to text and to not expect a call or an email back.

But everyone is super friendly and helpful and I super appreciated the quickness. Thank you!
