Please pay attention to the pick up times and dates. The pick up is on Sunday, 4/26 from 11:00-2:00. Please do not come early, as we will start pickups promptly at 11:00. You must bring assistance; there will be no one to help load items into your vehicle. Please pay attention to measurements and bring an appropriate vehicle to pick up all your items in the timeframe. We can not leave items for you to pick up at a later date. Items not picked up during this day/time will be considered forfeited without refund as when you bid, you are agreeing to the date and time for pick up.

Delivery and shipping are available for an additional fee and instructions will be included in your winning email/invoice. You can contact “We Pack and Ship” ahead of time if you would like an estimate for shipping. Please email Laura at wepackandship5@gmail.com

Statements by Leave it to Lisa regarding condition and descriptions of items is what we observe and to the best of our knowledge. While Leave it to Lisa will do our best to list the condition of items including providing pictures, you must be willing to buy items as is. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age and use. Some larger items including sofas and beds remain in the home and will need to be taken apart and carried out.
