By registering to participate in Kennebunk Auction Gallery, LLC online auctions via Auction Ninja, you accept and agree to the terms as stated below:

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to the credit card on file with Auction Ninja. 

All sales are final and no returns. Please review all photos, and try to make it into the gallery for a preview when applicable each sale. Items are sold "AS IS". Bidders are encouraged to email the auctioneer directly with any question regarding items they are interested in. 

Unpaid items and forfeited items will not be given any refunds. 

Buyers must be registered with Auction Ninja to bid and purchase. The buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of Auction Ninja and Kennebunk Auction Gallery, LLC. 

Pick up location and time is listed in each online auction. Kennebunk Auction Gallery, LLC is by appointment only at this time. Buyer's may be subjected to a storage charge if their item(s) is not picked up at pick up time listed. 

Buyers with re-sale certificates must register through their Auction Ninja account settings to be approved for tax exemptions. This needs to be done before bidding in the sale.  You can upload your tax exempt form on the Auction Ninja website under your settings. Please reach out with any questions to Auction Ninja support.

Buyer's premium will be applied to the purchase price of all items in each sale. Please check each individual auction for percentages.
