Pickup address will be sent by email to all winning bidders in.

On-site Pickup: Pick-ups are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to make the process as fast and efficient as possible. To assist with efficiency, Larger items may be Picked-Up between 3p.m - 4 p.m April 6th.

Packing and Transportation: Please bring your own packing materials, tools, and equipment (e.g., vehicles, tie-downs, manpower). Packing materials and assistance may not be available onsite, so plan accordingly

Please Note: Homestead Estate Services is unable to move or store your items.

All items must be collected during the designated pick-up times, unless other arrangements are made with the Auction Manager prior to pick-up schedule. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued. Additionally, your credit card on file may be charged for any removal fees incurred, and your bidding privileges may be revoked.

CLIENT ARRANGED SHIPPING:  Through Postal Express  303-834-8402 

Bidders will arrange, at bidder's expense, for Postal Express, Longmont CO to pack and ship their items within 3 business days after the close of the Auction.
Homestead Estate Services will charge a non-refundable $10 handling fee, to the bidders credit card on file, prior to dropping items at Postal Express for Client Arranged Shipping.
Bidders will forfeit their purchase without refund if they do not make or choose not to arrange shipment within 3 business days after close of Auction.
