Saturday May 2nd from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If we don't hear from you by Saturday at 1:00 PM your items will be considered forfeited without a refund.

There is a $20 transport fee for all shipping orders, plus the cost of the UPS store.
You must reach out to Marianna (Auction rep) if you have items to be shipped.

Please be prepared to show a photo ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase on all invoices over $200.00.

If you need another pickup date please contact us (small lots only). This is a better alternative, than shipping if you live in the area, but can't make the pick up time.
Alternative Pickup location will be in Dobbs Ferry NY.
There will be a $10 fee for an alternative pickup date at the Dobbs Ferry Location

WINNING BIDDERS:
Winning bidders will receive the full pick up address via email-Please let us know you don't receive this. Make sure you have selected to receive winning bid emails in your dashboard via either email or text. Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.

PICKUP:
All items need to be picked up in, Cortlandt Manor, NY. Please bring the help if required for large and/or heavy items as well as boxes & necessary packing materials for your auction items. Transporting of your items are NOT PROVIDED upon pickup. Please give yourself enough time to pack up the items. Small items will be brought out to the winning bidders.
