PLEASE NOTE: LABOR WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY TO CARRY ITEMS OUT OF LOCATION. OUR LABOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING YOUR VEHICLE. IF YOU ENLIST OUR STAFF TO HELP LOAD YOUR VEHICLE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCOUR.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS.

Please do not bid if you are unable to take possession of the items in the specified time period for each auction. Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up time or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your bidding privileges will be cancelled.
We do not provide bags, boxes, or packing materials. You are responsible for bringing your own packing materials.
