Shipping is available on tagged items. You will be charged a $20 convince fee for packing and travel plus actual shipping charged. Combined shipping is available with only 1 convince fee. Please ask any shipping questions prior to bidding.

ATTN Bidders, Once you place a bid on a GHI auction item a preauthorization charge will be placed against the credit card on file for ($1) . This is done by our payment processor to validate that the card entered for payment has been done correctly , and is a valid method of payment. You will not be actually charged until you are a winning bidder and will be done at the auction end for the final amount due.

Local Pick Up for the GHI's Ft Collins Premier LP Estate Sale is the following - Friday APRIL 26, 2024 From 5PM to 8PM or Saturday APRIL 27 From 1PM to 4PM ONLY.
NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.

Auction Pickup
Address and pick-up details is provided to the winners.
Please bring your own labor for heavy items, a proper vehicle, and your own packing supplies.

***Please note, there are no alternative pick up times for the auction. Please refrain from bidding unless you are able to pick up your items at the scheduled times.

You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie-downs, and manpower. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.

We do our best to make pick-up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first-come, first-serve basis.
