Winning bidders must pick up their lot at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame as stated in the Pick-Up & Shipping Details tab within the auction and / or on their invoice. If not picked up then items are considered forfeited by the winning bidder and will not be compensated in any way.
All shipping orders must sign their invoice and text or email us a copy, as well as ID if your purchase is over $100. We will not ship out until we have both.

We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis. To expedite service at pick up please TEXT (do not call) your name, invoice number and planned arrival time to the auction manager at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.

You are responsible for bringing your own packing, moving materials, appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power.

WE DO NOT PACK OR MOVE. If you fail to bring help and are unable to remove your item during the scheduled pick up time, there will be a $100 restock/removal fee.

Please note the following important information regarding shipping and identification requirements for all winning bidders. **Identification and Shipping Address:** * All winning bidders are required to provide identification. The shipping address must match the address on your credit card and ID. If these do not match, we will be unable to ship your items. Please ensure your shipping information is updated before placing any bids. *Shipping Options with Girlfriends Estate Sales (GES):** **In-House Shipping:** GES ships eligible items in-house via USPS flat rate, with a $10 handling fee plus USPS shipping fees. * Please note that not all items are eligible for in-house shipping. We strongly recommend inquiring about shipping availability before bidding, and do not assume items can be shipped. Items must fit into a USPS Priority Flat Rate box.* In-house shipping prices (subject to change with USPS rates) are as follows, plus handling fees and insurance (based on purchase price): * Flat rate small box: $11.10 * Flat rate medium box: $19.00 * Flat rate large box: $27.60 * Flat rate padded envelope: $11.00 * A signature is required for all in-house shipments. * GES does not ship any art. * GES does not ship internationally. All shipped items include tracking.* **Third-Party Shipping:** * For items not eligible for in-house shipping, buyers must arrange shipping with a third-party shipper of their choice.* We recommend The UPS Store at 100 Andover Park W, #150 Tukwila, WA. They can be contacted via email at art.upsstore5819@gmail.com.* The UPS Store charges a $25 pickup fee from our location, in addition to their standard shipping rates.* GES does not contact third-party shippers on your behalf.rn* Insurance costs will vary based on the purchase price. **Important Shipping Policies:** * **Payment and Release:** Items will not be released for shipment until full payment and ID are received. We cannot ship your order until we have received both the signed invoice and, if applicable, a copy of your ID.* **Bid Retractions:** Bids cannot be retracted, canceled, or rescinded due to shipping issues, including costs or prohibitions. Bidders are responsible for considering all shipping costs before placing a bid.* **Liability:** GES is not responsible for loss or damage of purchased items handled or shipped, nor for actions or omissions by third-party shippers (whether recommended by GES or not).* **Private Residence Pickups:** Please be aware that some auctions will have pickups at private residences, and this will be clearly stated in the auction details. **No shipping is available for these items.**rn* **International Regulations:** Buyers must be aware of local regulations regarding the shipping or receipt of items such as ivory, taxidermy, and firearms. GES will not alter packing slips, lot descriptions, or prices paid. If items are seized by customs, GES is not liable for costs or refunds.
