Yamaha FGX-412C-12 Natural Twelve-String Electric Acoustic Guitar, Serial Number 71222463, Taiwan, Japan, 1998-2001 (Probably 1998 Based on Paperwork), and Case. Right-handed, dreadnought-sized body with single rounded cutaway and solid spruce top, nato back and sides, nato headstock signed "YAMAHA" above a leafy spray, rosewood fretboard with pearloid dots, five-stripe rosette encircling the sound hole enclosd with a dampits.inc cover, black pickguard signed "YAMAHA;" also including the original purchase receipt, two owner's manuals, an envelope of D'Addario Phosphor Bronze EJ39 Medium strings handwritten on the front "Changed 5-31-10," and seven tortoiseshell-colored "Fender/ THIN" guitar picks, and a black hardshell case with dark grey plush interior, the plastic pull tab inside the case stamped "CASE/ made in/ CANADA." Together with a black leather guitar strap.

Provenance: Purchased from Blue Mountain Guitar Center, West Lebanon, New Hampshire, May 8, 1998.
