Endicott, Esquire of Salem, Greeting:/ You having been elected on the twenty-eighth day of September, A.D./ one thousand eight hundred and twenty-nine, Lieutenant Colonel, of the/ first Regiment of Infantry,/ in the first Brigade, and second Division of the Militia of this Commonwealth..."
