For expedited pick up, please TEXT requested pick up time by Friday night. If you need an alternate pick up time or shipping please reach out to auctioneer ASAP. All items remaining at the end of pickup will be assumed abandoned and forfeit. If you have not requested and set up an alternate pickup date prior to pickup date and require transportation of items after auction, a $10 handling fee will be added.

All merchandise will be sold “AS IS,” “WHERE IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” Auction Management does not make and will not make any representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever, whether implied, express or statutory, whether oral or written, regarding the value of any item. Nor does Auction Management make representations as to quality, quantity, fitness or condition, usability, merchantability, salability, weight, measurement, age or year, value, color, origin or composition of merchandise. It is up to Buyer at his, her, or its expense, if desired, to determine the value of the item(s) in question.The Buyer shall not rely upon anyone’s opinion of value whatsoever, whether given by the auctioneer or anyone else, but on the Buyer’s own opinion. Any opinion expressed by the Auctioneer is strictly that of the Auctioneer and shall not bind Auction Management. All sales are final and no refunds will be given and chargebacks will not be accepted.

UPS STORE client arranged or USPS Priority Mail flat rate. For estimates prior to bidding, please reach out to the UPS manager, Muzzy, at the Derry, NH UPS store. Email over the link to your items or send him a list to Store4686@theupsstore.com. After the auction closes, please follow up by calling (603) 434-9899 to confirm purchase and complete your payment. Small items that can fit in flat rate priority mail boxes can be shipped through USPS. Please text auctioneer confirmation of payment and set up transportation to the UPS store or request USPS shipping. A $10 handling fee per client to UPS or $10 per USPS box can be recharged to account or made through Venmo to dclevelandauctions. Items that have not been set up with an account by Saturday at 1pm will be forfeit and considered abandoned. I'm very sorry, but there is NO storage available.
