Terms And Conditions set forth below apply to all auctions conducted by Consignment Corner Inc., having a business address at 74 State Route 101A, Amherst NH, 03031, and constitute a legal, valid binding, enforceable contract between Consignment Corner Inc., and Bidder. These terms and conditions form the basis for the contract of sale between the seller and the buyer.

-By participating in Consignment Corner Inc.’s Auctions in any way, bidder agrees to be bound by, and to abide by, these bidder terms and conditions. Auctions are conducted by a third-party online auction platform.
-Registering to bid. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and must register to bid with a valid credit/debit card. A $1.00 pending transaction will appear on your credit card statement and will be dropped within 7 business days. This authorization charge will not be charged to you and is just confirming you are a real person bidding and eliminates fraud bidders.
-All items are sold “As-Is, Where-Is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. There is no scheduled in-person inspection for this auction. Please pay close attention to photos. If you have a specific item you wish to preview, we may or may not be able to schedule an in-person viewing. If you have a question about a lot, please text us at 978-251-7130.
-Auction pickup - All winning bidders or their representatives must pick up items at the allotted pick-up times. Please do not bid if you are unable to pickup items within the scheduled pickup time frame. Shipping is not available. Items not picked up will be forfeited and no refund will be given. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned, and ownership will revert back to Consignment Corner, Inc., who may sell or dispose of the item. Bidders that do not pick up their items will be permanently banned from bidding on any of Consignment Corner Inc.’s Auctions. Bidders are responsible for providing supplies for pick-up such as boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, appropriate tie downs, bags, etc. Consignment Corner Inc. does not provide any packing material, please come prepared. Consignment Corner Inc. is NOT responsible for any damage during loading, packing, unpacking, removal, or transport.
-A 15% buyers’ premium will be added to the hammer price of each item.
-Payment is collected at the conclusion of the auction. Bidder agrees that the card you registered with will be charged by Consignment Corner, Inc. Bids are legally binding. Bidder acknowledges that once a bid is submitted, the bidder shall be bound by the bid amounts, and buyer’s premium. Bids cannot be withdrawn or retracted. Verify bids prior to submitting. Non-payment will result in permanently being banned from bidding at Consignment Corner Inc. Auctions.
-Item descriptions are statements of opinion and not representations, warranties, or assumptions. Neither Consignment Corner Inc. nor Consignor shall be responsible for any error or omission in the description of any property.
-Consignment Corner Inc. Reserves the right to cancel the sale of any property for any reason. Property is subject to addition and or deletion prior to sale time/ closing. In the event of any errors or malfunctions Consignment Corner Inc. reserves the right to cancel any transactions, and/or change the closing time of auction.
-Consignment Corner Inc. Staff and Family reserves the right to bid and buy any auction items.
-Buyer agrees and understand that the charge for successful winning bids are irrevocable, undisputable, and may not be charged back or contested. Bidder agrees that under any circumstance a credit card charge back will be a violation of these terms. Your agreement to not initiate a credit card chargeback is a condition to bidder’s registration.
-Consignment Corner Inc. makes no warranty that: a. your use of this site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. b. The results that may be obtained from the use of this site will be accurate or reliable.
-Dynamic Closing Times. If a bid is entered within the last 5 minutes of auction close, bidding time will be extended by 5 minutes to allow other bidders a chance to bid.
-Bidders agree to indemnify and hold Consignment Corner Inc., its officers, officials, agents, affiliates, and employees harmless from any and all claims, demands, liens, losses, damages, obligations, charges, or liabilities of every kind and character.
-All Sales are Final. No Refunds or Returns.
