1. Item Condition
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranties, guarantees, or returns. Please review descriptions and photos carefully and ask ...view morequestions before bidding.
2. Bidding
Bids cannot be canceled once placed. By bidding, you agree to purchase the item at your winning bid plus applicable buyer’s premium and sales tax.
3. Payment
• Credit card on file will be automatically charged at the close of the auction.
• Buyer’s premium applies to all purchases.
• Sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is submitted before auction close.
4. Pickup
• All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup window.
• Buyers must bring sufficient help, tools, and packing supplies.
• We do NOT bring items back to any other location.
• Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.
5. Shipping
Shipping is NOT available unless explicitly stated in the listing.
6. Forfeiture & Future Bans
Failure to pay, pick up, or comply with terms may result in item forfeiture and banning from future auctions.
7. Finality of Sale
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
