Very rare to find Bluish tint Flameware with this 7" Saucepan that has the correct marking and introduced in 1936. Bluish tint ended about 10-12 years later when they were made more clear glass. "Flameware was a different type of glass composition from the regular Pyrex. The blue tint was designed to distinguish it from clear Pyrex items. The earlier pieces went into production around 1936." This meant is could be used over an open flame with a detachable handle (which I do not have). The bluish tint to it was caused by alumino-sulfate added to the glass formula. This is 7" diameter. close-up of Flameware marking using yellow cloth to clarify. Cannot determine what E-F marking refers to.
The 2nd piece is from the Early-American series 1962-1971, decent shape.
