1- Shipping is a courtesy we extend to winning bidders that live too far to pick their winnings up. If you live within several towns of North Haven, CT, please show up on Saturday, March 14,2026 for pick up

2- We are willing to ship small items in house. Any item too large to fit in a large USPS flat rate box [or close thereto] will require 3rd party shipping.

3- Please make shipping arrangements and payment by Saturday, March 14,2026. No shipping requests after auction pick up date. Buyers have the entire week to make arrangements. Please contact Marco @ 475-319-1085. No late shipments accepted.

4- Shipping payment is collected directly by auction manager Marco Ciccarini, separate the winnings invoice. We accept PAYPAL or CHECK/MONEY ORDER only [no zelle, cashapp, venmo or credit card on file].

5-Lots marked 3RD PARTY SHIPPING in the listing title will require shipping via the POSTAL ANNEX in Wallingford, CT- [203] 949-0050. Please call them with dimensions and destination for a quote. They pick your winnings up directly from our auction hall after arrangements are made. Please call them if 3rd party shipping is required.

6- IMPORTANT . . .It is up to you- the winning bidder- to contact Marco @ 475-319-1085 if shipping is required. We have NO WAY of knowing it needs to be shipped, otherwise. Often, out-of-state buyers pick their winnings up in person, so please call so arrangements can be made. No shipment until both arrangements are made and payment received via PAYPAL or CHECK/ MONEY ORDER only. Waiting until days after pickup date will result in your item being relinquished without refund. We give plenty of time for shipping arrangements to be made but cannot hold your items in perpetuity.
