Item Description

Collection of three (3) mid century choker necklaces and clip on earrings from makers Charel and Coro.

Charel Jewelry was a Brooklyn-based company, founded in 1945 and active until before 1980, known for its high-quality, hand-crafted costume jewelry. The company specialized in using gold and silver-tone metals, lucite, artificial pearls, enamel, rhinestones, and crystals.

Coro jewelry originated with the 1901 founding of Cohn & Rosenberger, a New York City accessories boutique, later shortened to Coro by founders Emanuel Cohn and Carl Rosenberger.

Notes: Stone missing in one necklace.
