This is a pickup and limited shipping auction. By bidding, you agree to the following terms:

We provide a courtesy text message after the close of the auction to determine if shipping is needed or if items will be picked up. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read all instructions and notify us prior to the scheduled pickup date and time if shipping is required. If no notification is received, items will be considered scheduled for pickup.

All items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup date and time.

If the buyer fails to make arrangements for shipping prior to the scheduled pickup date and time, or fails to pay their shipping invoice within 3 days of receipt, a $25 fee will be assessed and must be paid prior to release or shipping of items.

Failure to pick up items during the scheduled pickup date and time will result in a $25 fee.

The $25 fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable and covers the cost of retrieving items from the client due to missed pickup or lack of timely shipping arrangements. This fee must be paid in full before any items will be released or shipped.

We do not store items and will not make exceptions. All items not picked up or not paid for within 7 days of the close of the auction will be forfeited without refund.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees, warranties, or representations, expressed or implied. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos and descriptions and asking questions prior to bidding. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that descriptions, measurements, sizes, and details are accurate; however, all information is provided as a guide only and may contain minor errors or variations. Buyers should rely on their own inspection and judgment prior to bidding.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Auction Manager Shipping
Shipping is available on most items at the buyer’s expense. Shipping, handling, materials, and insurance (if applicable) are separate charges and are not included in your auction invoice. Shipping invoices are sent via text message, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their phone number is correct.

A $5.00 handling fee will be added to each shipping invoice. This fee covers packaging materials, labor, and transportation to the shipping carrier and is non-negotiable and non-refundable. Oversized or heavy items, including but not limited to large framed artwork, statues, golf clubs, or items over 30 pounds, will incur an additional handling fee of $25 .
