Many of the items in this "PART " auction are partially completed projects, may have damage, or are bulk lots! All lots are sold as-is. Please ask questions if you're unsure of any lot details, if we do not get back to you in time to bid before the auction closes, ERR on the side of caution.

The pickup dates/times are. Sat. 3/22/25, Sun 3/23/25 Mon. 3/24/25. 10 am to 4 pm ONLY. After 3/24/25 There will be NO ACCESS to this location. There are NO ALTERNATIVE pickup dates and times for this auction, we cannot stress that enough!

If you're picking up, YOU MUST bring your own packing supplies and help to load - we will NOT provide those for this auction. All items are on ground level, there are multiple loading areas.
