A rare and vibrant set of hand-painted ceramic cups and saucers by noted artist Loughran, dated 1984. This unique studio pottery collection includes 9 cups and 11 saucers, each individually painted in a bold, abstract modernist style that defined the 1980s art pottery movement.

The cups are wheel-thrown with expressive handle details and geometric motifs in a vivid palette including black, cobalt blue, turquoise, yellow, and soft earth tones. The saucers echo the same dynamic energy, with each piece offering a one-of-a-kind composition. Both the cups and saucers reveal a terracotta base and are signed Loughran 1984 underneath.
