an antique German stoneware Selters mineral water bottle measuring approximately 12 inches high. These distinctive clay bottles were widely used in the 19th and early 20th centuries for transporting naturally carbonated mineral water from the famous Selters springs in Germany.

The bottle features the traditional tall cylindrical form with a small side handle near the neck and a threaded mouth that once held a stopper closure. The body displays an embossed seal or maker’s mark, typical of authentic Selters bottles produced by German stoneware manufacturers.

Made from durable salt-glazed stoneware, these bottles were designed to keep mineral water fresh during long-distance shipping and have become popular collectibles among antique bottle and stoneware collectors.
