Items may be located in multiple onsite locations such as attics, basements, out buildings, barns etc. You will be responsible for any damage for damage done to property while removing your items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS, NO RETURNS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES. Bidders are encouraged to carefully examine lots. Best Treasures will do its best to list any damages, imperfection, or repairs. All buyers are hereby notified that most of the treasures listed are in used condition, and therefore should expect normal signs of wear and tear.
