Your bid is a contract. By participating in this auction, you agree to the following terms regarding the finalization and receipt of your order:

Zero Tolerance for Missed Appointments: Pickup will be held strictly on the dates and times specified. These dates will be clearly listed on your invoice and on the auction listing page.
No Holds: We cannot accommodate holds, alternative dates, or early/late pickups. Items not retrieved during the scheduled window will be considered abandoned and forfeited without a refund.
Customer Responsibility: It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure they can pick up their items on the designated dates. Please plan accordingly before bidding.
Order Confirmation: Upon arrival, you are responsible for confirming all items listed on your invoice are present before you leave the premises. Once items leave the pickup location, the sale is final.
🚚 Shipping Availability
Shipping is Available: We are happy to ship most items, where noted. Please reach out immediately after the auction closes to confirm shipping availability and costs for your specific items.
Automatic Charging: Shipping costs (including a handling fee) will be charged automatically to the credit card you have on file.
Ensure Funds Are Available: Please ensure your card on file has sufficient funds immediately following the auction's close.
Payment Attempts: We will attempt to process payment for shipping charges once, if unsuccessful you will receieve a payment link via text to pay. If payment is not made after 7 days, your order will be forfeited.
