All items are sold as-is, where-is. While Bargain Baloo Estate Sales will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Many of the items we sell are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.

- Local pick up, please read:
Winning Bidders will be required to bring help to move heavy or large items such as furniture. Packing materials will be the responsibility of the buyer unless we are shipping the items. We will be offering several days for pick up for this auction. Please let us know at least 90 minutes ahead of time before you will be picking up an item by texting the winning bidder's first and last name to (720) 989-5304. You can always let us know sooner too. This will help us have your items prepared for pick up so there is no waiting.

- Shipping, please read:
In order to have your items shipped, please select the option for shipping when accepting Terms & Conditions. We will text you an invoice from Authorize.net for shipping costs. If you do not pay the invoice within 7 days of receiving it, your items will be considered forfeited and there will be NO refund. The invoice you will receive will include a $5 handling fee per small item being shipped plus the cost of shipping to your address. If you win multiple items, you will be charged an additional $5 handling fee per item won. This cost is for our time and packing materials. Additionally, there are some larger items available in this auction. If we are to ship any of those, there will be a $20 handling fee per lot won. Please remember, this is just the handling fee. There will also be the cost of shipping that you are responsible for.

We are experienced shippers and have shipped very fragile items before with no issues. However, we are not responsible for items that may be damaged during shipping. We will do our best to send you the shipping invoice within 7 days of the auction closing. Sometimes this will take longer though. Once we receive payment on the shipping invoice, we will ship your item(s). We will include a tracking number in the shipping invoice. Only items marked as “shipping available” will be shipped. Everything else must be picked up during time, date, and address specified in the auction.
