Disassembly and Relocation: Winners must be capable of picking up, disassembling, and moving their items. This also includes moving up and down stairs.

In any case resulting in a "chargeback", Bidder hereby agrees to have Audri's Attic recharge the entire original amount plus any extra fees, charged in total amounts or multiple partial amounts until repaid in full. Failure for buyer to Agree to these terms: Buyer may be sent a certified letter informing buyer of being in default, and that their actions constitute Illegal Criminal Activity defined by the Courts as "Fraud", "Theft by Deception", Theft by Deceit", "Obtaining Goods & Services through False Pretenses and Deception". Any type of Credit Card Dispute / Chargeback may constitute a FELONY depending on the total amount in the State of Washington. FOR SHIPPING: Anything can be shipped, buyer pays shipping. We use a great local store who will contact you directly for shipping costs. The shipper is usually at least two weeks out so please be patient
