This listing is for a mortar and pestle that has inscribed on the bottom "Turned From Mountain Ash Cut In Willsboro, N.Y. - F. R. Morley - 1978". The mortar is 7.75" tall and 5" wide. The pestle is 10.25" tall and 2.5" at the base. The wood is very rich looking with a nice grain throughout. Please see photos for details.
