Original vintage lithograph or wash drawing depicting a classic New Orleans French Quarter townhouse with wrought-iron balcony and exterior staircase. Nicely executed in bold black linework with architectural detail and tree foreground.
Signed and dated 1951 lower right (illegible artist name). Pencil inscription along bottom.
Framed under glass in simple wood frame with linen mat.
Measures approx. 24" x 20".
Condition: Good vintage condition overall. Frame with scuffs consistent with age.
