Vibrant geometric serigraph titled “The Golfer” by renowned Hungarian-French Op Art pioneer Victor Vasarely (1906–1997). Known as the father of the Op Art movement, Vasarely explored perception, movement, and dimensionality through precise color patterns and optical forms. This work features a stylized golfer composed of interlocking squares in bold, shifting tones, creating a dynamic sense of motion and spatial distortion.
Printed on textured art paper, the piece is pencil-signed by Vasarely at lower right and numbered 70/200 at lower left, confirming it as part of a limited edition of 200 impressions.
Measures 18" x 14.5" overall, good condition.
