Signed upper right corner " S. Ritter" ?, possibly for Julian Ritter (Julian Stawski) an American painter of Polish-German descent who painted primarily nudes, clowns and portraits.
Measures 24" x 16", overall 30.5" x 22.75".
Condition": few spots of paint loss, craquelure, a tear- needs cleaning and restoration.
