Antique American banjo-style wall clock by Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., model “Ramsgate.” Features a dark mahogany-finish case with brass side mounts, patriotic eagle finial, Roman numeral dial marked Seth Thomas 4-Jewels, and original lower tablet with reverse-painted sailing ship scene.
Back retains original Seth Thomas label. Classic Federal-style design, early–mid 20th century example.
Dimensions: 21" x 6".
Condition: Good antique condition overall. Winds up, needs cleaning/service, appears not running.
