Pair of early 20th-century bronze-clad bookends depicting James Earle Fraser’s iconic “End of the Trail” sculpture, showing a weary Native American warrior slumped over his horse. Richly detailed in high relief with a warm aged patina. Unmarked aside from impressed copyright text along the base. Likely produced by a U.S. foundry in the 1920s–30s, these are fine examples of classic American decorative art.
Measure approx. 4" x 4", good condition.
