Finely detailed Persian-style miniature paintings on camel bone depicting a lively polo match (Chovgan game) within a walled courtyard in Naqsh-e Jahan Square in Isfahan, Iran. Executed in a traditional miniature manner with delicate figures, soft pastel tones, and an ornate decorative border.
Each painting is signed at lower middle.
Measures approx. 1-7/8" x 8-1/2", overall 4" x 11.5".
Paintings are in very good decorative condition. Toning and age-related discoloration to the paper, scattered spots and light staining, minor edge wear, and small handling marks.
