Please be advised that you are entering into a legally binding contract with Artifacts2Go by placing a bid. If you are the winning bidder, you are legally obligated to purchase the item(s) won from Artifacts2Go. Furthermore, a bidder acknowledges that proper and careful due diligence has been conducted before placing any bid and that the bidder knowingly and willfully placed a legally binding bid. Artifacts2Go reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the auction at any time with no liability. Artifacts2Go reserves the right to cancel any winning bid if fraudulent activity is suspected or the rules of the Auction Ninja contract stated here are broken. For Local Pick-ups: Bring your invoice and identification to retrieve your items. Winners will be given the address once the item has been paid Via Email.
Bring packing materials as we cannot supply them. Larger items may require you to bring additional help. Staff is not available to help you to your car. Movers may be available at an added cost. We cannot guarantee availability.
ITEMS UNCLAIMED will be Forfeited and left with Artifacts2Go.
Your A2G membership with Auctionninja, including bidding rights, will be canceled unless you settle all overdue invoices, fees, and charges and pick up your auction winnings by the specified dates and times. Bidding on the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
DO NOT BID if you don't think you can pick up or make arrangements to claim your winnings. The items need to be removed in a timely fashion.

Neither Artifacts2Go nor its Consignors will be held responsible for any descriptions of an item's rarity, quality, condition, size, importance, or provenance. While Artifacts2Go representatives, to the best of their ability, describe the items for sale, any statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or by any authorized Artifacts2Go representative are mere opinions and shall not be deemed a warranty or representation regarding the item(s) offered for sale. Any low or high estimates provided in any auction catalog or by the Auctioneer before, or during a live auction do not constitute an appraisal or represent a resale value. Estimates are calculated based on a combination of previous sales for similar items, supply and demand, rarity, and targeted price range. Estimates are not Reserves and do not indicate a minimum price for an item to be sold. Estimates are provided merely to estimate similar items in new retail conditions and are meant to compare the sale of new items versus purchasing a second-hand or used item(s). The bidder is responsible for determining the age, size, condition, and value of the item(s) before bidding. By placing a bid, you signify that you have examined the photos to your satisfaction or have chosen not to examine them.
All property is sold as-is, where-is and without recourse, and neither the consignor(s) nor Artifacts2Go makes any representations or warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to size, count, weight, style, authenticity, period material, or manufacturer copyright or reproduction right or any other warranty except as specified below on any lot sold. All measurements and weights are approximate. All glassware is sold as is; we try to check every piece for chips, but cannot guarantee something wasn't missed. Artifacts2Go is not responsible for damage to glass covering paintings, drawings, other works of art, or frames, regardless of cause. Artifacts2Go will not guarantee the authenticity of any signature unless so stated at the time of auction. We will only guarantee the medium in which the work is executed. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
CANCELATION - ARTIFACTS2GO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to rescind, cancel, or void any sale, transaction, or invoice at any time before the buyer's pickup. Reasons include, but are not limited to: breach or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions by the buyer; suspected fraudulent behavior, such as collusion; non-payment or failure by the buyer to meet transaction requirements on time. In such cases, any payments made will be fully refunded, and the buyer agrees that no further remedies or compensation are due.
NYS has recently clarified its regulations on sales tax collection requirements as it pertains to out-of-state shipments. In effect, we are required to collect sales tax for ALL PURCHASES regardless of where the shipping destination is, with the only exceptions being either:
A) the shipping destination does not collect sales tax locally (Such as Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon) or;
B) you have a valid resale certificate - Must be entered in the Auction Ninja platform before the end of the auction. Please understand we cannot refund your taxes after the auction ends.
