If your card is declined, you have three (3) days to resolve payment.

LOCAL PICKUP

For local pickup, please contact us within three (3) business days after the auction ends to arrange collection. We will not have your winning lots ready if you do not contact us first.

All sales are final: no refunds and no returns.

TAX + BUYER'S PREMIUM

Sales tax applies to purchases in Pennsylvania.

All buyers pay Pennsylvania sales tax (when applicable) plus a 20% buyer's premium added to the hammer price.

OUR EVALUATION / AUTHENTICATION PROCESS (DISCLOSURE)

We work hard to provide accurate descriptions and professional evaluations. Luxury items (including brands such as Louis Vuitton and Gucci) undergo authentication checks such as material quality, craftsmanship, brand-specific traits, and serial/production identifiers. Metals may be acid tested, and gemstones may be evaluated using tools including a Presidium Gem Tester II, UV fluorescence, a polariscope, and a trinocular stereoscope (up to 90x magnification). However, these efforts do not constitute a warranty or guarantee, and all items remain sold as-is, where-is.

Venue / Jurisdiction. The parties agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to any auction, bid, purchase, sale, or these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state courts located in Coweta County, Georgia, or the United States District Court with jurisdiction over Coweta County, Georgia, and each party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
