Antique Knox Black Silk Top Hat With Leather Travel Case

Top hat is black with a leather and cream silk interior. Small silk bows are strapped to the inside back. Knox "Superfine" label stamped in gold coloring on inside. Hat has seen regular use, and shows signs of cracks and fraying along brim. Case is also worn, with scuffs and scratches throughout, but is very sturdy and solid. Case comes with holding strap and brass key clasp, though key is missing. United States Customs Service sticker on one side of case with number "H-041508". American Railway Express Co. label adorns the top.
