Here is a piece that speaks fluently in the language of mid-century design — a sculptural serving tray that marries materials with the confident eclecticism that defined an era. The warm amber-grey lucite body carries a semi-transparent depth along its edges, revealing beneath it a woven rattan mat in a layered composite construction that feels as considered today as it did when it left the workshop, circa 1950s–1970s.

Three recessed rectangular panels, each framed in a crisp zigzag sawtooth border, animate the tray surface with visual rhythm and textural contrast. The gently undulating wave-form rim adds an organic, almost sculptural silhouette — this is not a tray that disappears on a sideboard.
