And if you fail to make an appointment, you may be asked to leave and come back another time. You are responsible for removing your items off the property, including larger furniture. It is your responsibility to bring help, to move larger items, and to bring Hand Carts and Dolly's for large items. We try to bundle your winning lots together, and at times it will be wrapped and boxed. It is helpful to bring wrapping, bags, boxes. We are also not responsible for any accidents on the property. If Shipping is available, we will ship as economical as possible, mostly with USPS.
