I am a graduate of the Missouri Auction School and have been actively involved in auctions and the antiques trade for most of my life. A 20% buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults, and all sales are final. No refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges will be issued.
Catalog descriptions, photographs, and condition reports are provided as guides only and are not guarantees. Any condition statement is an opinion offered as a courtesy and should not be treated as a statement of fact. The absence of a condition report does not imply that an item is free from defects or wear.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting items and determining condition, authenticity, provenance, and value. Weights and measurements are approximate. The seller is not responsible for errors or omissions. All sales are final after 30 days.
Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Online purchases will be automatically charged to the credit card on file unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation of the sale or resale of the item, with the buyer responsible for any deficiency, losses, and collection costs.
Local pickup is available at the designated location within the assigned pickup timeframe or by prior arrangement. Items not picked up within the allotted timeframe may be considered forfeited. Items must be picked up within 14 days of the sale. Items left beyond 14 days are subject to storage fees.
Failure to pick up items or failure to make alternate arrangements by stated deadlines will result in forfeiture, and the seller will retain possession of the items.
Placing a bid constitutes full acceptance of these terms, including any announcements made at the time of sale. The bidder assumes all responsibility for costs associated with a successful bid.
