Pickups Are By Appointment Only Please call 203-437-8040 Tues - Fri. 12:00PM - 4:30PM & Sat 12:00PM - 4:00PM to schedule an appointment. WE DO NOT DO PICKUPS ON SUNDAY, MONDAY OR TUESDAY.

Pickup Policy
Winning bidders have 30 days from the auction end date to schedule an appointment and pick up their items.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to pull items.
Same-day pickups are not permitted. Customers arriving without an appointment will be turned away.
Items not picked up within 30 days of the auction end date will be forfeited without refund.
Missed appointment times will result in items being considered abandoned and disposed of.
Winning bidder is responsible for supplying all labor and materials required for pickup and removal of their items.
Staff can not assist with loading items.
First time buyer will have to provide A Copy of your ID at the time of pick up.

Payments
Winning Items must be paid within 48 hours of auction ending.

Once a bid is placed, it cannot be removed.

You will need to provide the shipping center with a copy of your photo ID, winning auction dates, and invoice numbers to obtain shipping quotes. Please note that packing and material fees apply in addition to the cost of shipping. Allow up to two weeks for shipping processing.
