Pickup Policy
Winning bidders have 30 days from the auction end date to schedule an appointment and pick up their items.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to pull items.
Same-day pickups are not permitted. Customers arriving without an appointment will be turned away.
Items not picked up within 30 days of the auction end date will be forfeited without refund.
Missed appointment times will result in items being considered abandoned and disposed of.
Winning bidder is responsible for supplying all labor and materials required for pickup and removal of their items.
Staff can not assist with loading items.
First time buyer will have to provide A Copy of your ID at the time of pick up.

Payments
Winning Items must be paid within 48 hours of auction ending.

Once a bid is placed, it cannot be removed.
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges.

You will need to provide her with auction date, invoce and
preferred email address when requesting shipping

There is a $12 flat shipping charge for the first lot and $3 for each additional lot. This fee includes packing, materials, and tracking. Oversized, heavy, fragile, or international lots will be identified in the listing and may incur additional shipping charges. Insurance will be added at cost for orders over $100. Please allow up to two weeks for processing after payment of the shipping invoice.
Auctions cannot be combined for shipping unless specifically noted in the auction listing.
