Due to all..this..snow... pick up will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Local Pickup on Sunday, March 1st 2026 ONLY between 1pm - 4pm in Island Park , New York. To schedule an appointment please TEXT the auction manager at 516-543-9503 with your preferred time, on the day BEFORE the pickup- on Saturday Feb 28 after 11 AM. Appointments will be 10 min increments.

-Auction ends on Friday February 27
-Schedule your pick up appointment-on February 28
-Pick Up on March 1- this is the only day

For example: You won 5 items and want to pick up at 2:15 pm, you will text the manager on Saturday the day before the auction, requesting 2:10 or 2:20 pick up slots.


If you miss your appointment, it will be pushed to the next available time if there are any available. As always there are no exceptions to the times/days. Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited. We do NOT ship items in the auction.

The auction manager will schedule appointments on a first come basis only after 11 AM, and will do her best to promptly respond.

IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY FOR YOUR PICKUP, PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR CAR UNTIL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. DO NOT PARK IN OR BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY.

BIDS placed through the AUCTION NINJA website on behalf of VINTAGE HAUS are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to VINTAGE HAUS including sale price, buyer’s premium and all applicable sales tax. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of the items in the specified time periods for each auction. All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or credits.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyer’s premium will be added to the final price and will be charged to the credit/debit card on file within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Please consider this additional cost before bidding.

SALES TAX: All sales are subject to sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. You can do this when you register to bid on AUCTION NINJA. Your profile name & address must match your resale certificate. AUCTION NINJA will keep this information on file for future auctions.

PICK UP: Buyers must pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame stated on the sale details page. The address will be sent to winning bidder via email. Please check junk/spam if you do not receive an email. We strongly suggest you bring packing materials and additional help if needed. We do not provide assistance to help you move items to your vehicle. Movers may be available at an additional cost however we cannot guarantee availability.

UNCLAIMED ITEMS will be forfeited. NO refunds will be issued and you are at risk of losing your bidding privileges. We understand that emergencies come up and will do our best to work within our means. This is not a guarantee nor should it be an expectation. PLEASE DO NOT BID if you are unsure about your ability to retrieve or make arrangements to claim your winnings. It is imperative that items are removed at the indicated days & times.
