Original Blacksmith Shop Titled Shoeing Chocolate Lithograph

Here we have an interesting lithograph titled “ shoeing chocolate “on the left corner of this says NO 3–25 the title and then the artist signature in pencil, as well as the artist signature on the lithograph. Note it is difficult to discern the name of the artist , however it appears to be K. Burgess as the artist .
This has been created in toning of black against antique cream.
This has been matted many years ago and has a thin wooden frame in black, which was executed by the Jordan Marsh company.
Note: The stains are on the mating only,
The measurements are including frame 14.75” x 20.50”.

Notes: The print is in good condition. The dirt you say is on the matting and the glass only
