Please note this is an in-person pick-up auction. Items may be prepackaged but please bring appropriate boxes and wrapping for fragile items.

I do not offer alternate pick up times, however I MAY allow advanced scheduling of an alternate pick up time. To schedule please call/text or email You may also authorize someone to pick up on your behalf.
If you are running early or late for the posted pick up times, please contact us through text to confirm we are able to accommodate.
You will need to bring assistance to load heavy furniture. Please ensure you bring the proper vehicle to transport furniture and/or large items and large lots.
Failure to pick up during the posted pickup window, and without an advance request for an alternate pickup time, will be forfeited.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Pickup will still be planned on during inclement weather. If you are unable to attend pick up, please reach out in advance to reschedule. In extreme weather circumstances please check email for an updated pickup window. If you do not receive an email or text, then the pickup time is still on as scheduled.
