WINNERS MUST USE SIGN-UP GENIUS LINK IN WIN EMAIL TO BOOK A PICK-UP TIME IN ORDER TO BE GIVEN THE PICK-UP ADDRESS. PLEASE RESERVE A TIME BY 9:00PM ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE PICK-UPS. THE ADDRESS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU BY 6:00AM SATURDAY MORNING.

Winning bidders are responsible for picking up their items at the specified location and within the allotted time frame as outlined in the auction details or your invoice. Any items not collected during the designated pick-up time will be considered forfeited with no compensation provided.

ID REQUIRED FOR ALL WINNING BIDDERS:

Winning local bidders will receive the pick-up address by email after payment is received. Please make sure you've enabled email or text notifications for winning bids in your account settings.

Other Important Pick-Up Notes:

Bring help for large and heavy items and make sure to bring your own boxes and packing materials, as we do not provide packing or moving services. If you fail to bring assistance or cannot remove your items during the scheduled pick-up time, a $100 restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping Information:

Most small items are available for shipping, for a fee of $10. which will be sent via priority mail as indicated in the listing. The shipping address must match the one on your credit card and ID. Please update your account details before bidding to avoid any issues.

Shipping and packing charges will be added to the credit card on file. You will receive a tracking number and shipping receipt via email once your items are shipped. Please note that you are responsible for all packing and shipping costs.

Important Note: SHIPPING CAN BE COSTLY. Shipping can cost more than what’s paid for the item. We always choose the least expensive option with USPS. All items shipped will be insured and tracked for your peace of mind. We charge a $10 handling fee, plus the cost of packaging and shipping. We will charge the card on file.
