Winning bidders are responsible for picking up their items at the specified location and within the allotted time frame as outlined in the auction details or your invoice. Any items not collected during the designated pick-up time will be considered forfeited with no compensation provided.

Winning local bidders will receive the pick-up address by email after payment is received. Please make sure you've enabled email or text notifications for winning bids in your account settings.

Other Important Pick-Up Notes:

Bring help for large and heavy items and make sure to bring your own boxes and packing materials, as we do not provide packing or moving services. If you fail to bring assistance or cannot remove your items during the scheduled pick-up time, a $100 restocking fee will be charged.

Rain City Estate Sales will not release a lot for shipment until full payment and ID verification have been completed. All bids are final. Winning bids cannot be retracted, canceled, or rescinded due to shipping-related issues, including costs or prohibitions.
