Very happy to find an auction vendor in Kirkland locally. The pickup place is convenient to park and they are very nice on helping to move the items into our car for loading. Had subscribed for attending more auctions of Oscar.

The items in this auction are being offered and sold by Oscar and Company Home, LLC, All bidders are subject to the terms and conditions highlighted on this page. By bidding on any item, you are accepting our terms and conditions which include an 18% buyers premium that will be added to all bids. All puchases are subject to WA state sales tax. TAX EXEMPTION is through Auction Ninja. If you win a bid, you are subject to WA state sales tax.

By registering, you agree to all terms and conditions of these auctions and are bound to this contractual agreement. Bidders must be 18 years or older.

Bidding: If you bid on an item and win the auction you are agreeing to pay for the item. If you cannot pay, please do not bid.

Out of State Buyers: ONLY items marked SHIPPING AVAILABLE are elegible for shipping. ALL other items are for PICK UP only.
If you bid and win an item that is for Pickup only, you must make arrangements to pick the item up at the designated time. No exceptions. If you do not pick your item(s) up, you forfeit your item. No EXCEPTIONS. We will NOT ship.
Shipping: In most cases Shipping is provided through USPS and UPS (for larger items).By bidding on an item, you are agreeing to pay the shipping and packaging costs and the buyers premium listed. Make sure that you are compliant with your state rules and regulations regarding shipping laws of what can be shipped to you. We follow WA state laws.

Pickup: If you are local we offer PICKUP in the Bellevue, Kirkland Area.

Condition of Items Sold: We do our very best to state conditional issues of items that are being auctioned. We also do our best to take and post pictures that represent the items as accurately as possible. Most of our items are vintage, antique, used, not perfect, well loved with lots of patina and imperfections. ALL items are sold in "AS-IS" Condition.

Payment and Buyer's Premium: All invoices must be paid (including shipping, if applicable) must be paid before the item is picked up or sent out to you. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your winning bid invoice or notification. All payment is to be done through the AuctionNinja.com site, utilizng your own personal choice of payment through said application. All payment terms and conditions apply. There is an automatic 18% buyers premium to all winning bids. If you win an auction, you are liable to pay.There are no exceptions.

Returns: All purchases are final and there are no returns or exchanges. Feel free to reach out to oscarandcompanyhome@gmail.com for any issues that may arise.

Internet Bidding: Oscar & Co. does not have any responsibility or liability for the website used for internet billing. Seller acknowledges that Oscar & Co. may not have control over the website and cannot guarantee it's operation or performance (ie interupptions or delays relating to the use of the internet and the website). Furthermore, Oscar & Co. shall not be held liable or responsible for the function of the website or it's inability to function. Buyer acknowledges that viruses, hardware issues, and any other computer malfunctions do occur and are not holding the auction site liable for these issues. International Bidding: All bidders must reside within the USA.

Fraud:Any indication or evidence of fraudulent activity at the time of transaction will result in immediate action that will prevent the fraudulent buyer from receiving any good or sending funds. Any fraudulent activity will result in an immediate ban from buying from Oscar & Co.
Marketing: If you win an auction, you are automatically enrolled in our Email Market Campaigns. By no means do you have to say subscribed. On the email there is an unsubscribe button and it will easily remove you from the list. These emails are there to inform you of upcoming events and auctions
